A&G Culture Video

These days, there's a lot to be said for culture.
The people make the place.

It’s who we are and what makes us, us. And we believe that is apparent in everything we do. At A&G, we made every single scene. We had the capabilities and the heart and the knowledge and the skills to do this in house. Our culture is not a weird secret language. It's simply the core beliefs we live by. It’s who we are and what makes us, us. And we believe that is apparent in everything we do, from sending emails to managing dreams. Because we put it all out on the line with whatever we do.

We wanted to celebrate what makes us, us. To celebrate what each person brings to the table. In some shape or form, everyone contributed to this video and made it come to life; from crafting, to building, to filming and to just being inspired by each other for each scene. Every piece of what went into making every scene delivers on who we are and our culture. I could not be prouder to have lead this cross-office project. It is a testament to who A&G is and how we are always in the making.
